Privacy & security

A careful start for your household information.

Household HQ is designed to reduce life-admin work—not ask you to take unnecessary privacy risks. Our current intake accepts high-level requests only while we build the right controls for sensitive household documents.

What is protected today

Signed-in workspace access. Dashboard routes require an authenticated session, and workspace member and invitation data is checked against the signed-in user before it is returned.

No public document intake. The concierge form does not accept uploads or document links, so Household HQ does not create a public document URL or store a file from that form.

Conservative intake handling. Request fields have length limits, control characters are removed, and common sensitive credentials and identification patterns are rejected before the request is stored.

No sensitive-content telemetry. Household HQ does not intentionally send concierge request text or Life Admin Score answers to browser analytics, console logs, or customer-facing error messages.

What we do not claim

We do not claim HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 certification, bank-grade security, or end-to-end encryption. Those assurances require controls and independent validation beyond this launch baseline.

Request account-data help

To request access, correction, or deletion review for your account data, email our team. Requests are manually reviewed; do not send sensitive information in your email.
